Everyone wants to live a long, healthy life. So what are three things you can start doing right now to benefit longevity? Ryan Seacrest shared on-air Don Buettner, an award-winning National Geographic "Blue Zones" journalist who studies places in the world where people live the longest, shared there are 3 main things he noticed to have a big effect.
Blue Zones, if you didn't know, are regions of the world where a higher than usual number of people live much longer than average.
Listen back to the on-ai convo in the audio below and check out the 3 things:
HAVE 3 FRIENDS YOU CAN COUNT ON: People with close relationships live longer than people in isolation.
WALK EVERY DAY: He says you don’t need weights, an elliptical or a fancy Peloton, just get up and walk.
TAKE A 20 MINUTE AFTERNOON NAP: People who nap have about a one-third lower rate of heart disease. (Sounds good to us!)
